Formula A
- Published working temperature
- 20–25°C
- Published working humidity
- 40–60% RH
Fits now, not the full day
The current reading fits, but the observed 65% RH maximum exceeds its 60% limit. It does not cover the full measured day.

Your working window. Your shortlist. Any brand.
Add your temperature and humidity to create a selection brief. Add an adhesive’s label ranges to check its environmental fit.

Your adhesive comparison
Published set time is a sample-trial reference, not a prediction of actual curing speed. A range match does not guarantee retention.
Compare measured conditions with any supplier’s stated ranges. Add a full day’s variation for a stronger check. An environment match starts your sample shortlist; actual set speed still needs a trial.
A worked example
Suppose your workstation reads 23°C and 50% RH, with measured variation of 20–25°C and 40–65% RH across the day. With no color preference, the same measurements produce these two different results.
Fits now, not the full day
The current reading fits, but the observed 65% RH maximum exceeds its 60% limit. It does not cover the full measured day.
Environment matches — trial set speed
Both full measured ranges are inside the supplied working ranges. Add this formula to your sample-trial shortlist.
Formula A and Formula B are fictional examples, not product recommendations. Environment coverage does not predict set speed or retention. Confirm the exact supplier specifications and trial the sample. Read the adhesive selection guide.
Three things to measure
The right specification starts with indoor conditions and your actual placement time. Faster advertised set time does not automatically mean a better adhesive for your workflow.
Read the lash adhesive selection guide ↗Using your result
No. It builds a supplier-independent specification and compares only the label ranges you enter. Add up to three adhesives using their technical specifications. The result checks current conditions, full-day coverage and color preference, with set-time guidance for sample trials.
Use your dip-to-contact placement time as a trial benchmark. An adhesive that begins setting before contact may be too quick for your workflow; a slower one may require more holding time. Supplier-stated initial set time depends on test conditions. This tool gives direction for sample trials instead of calculating an exact curing time from room readings.
The check confirms only that your two measurements fall inside the ranges you supplied. It does not measure attachment quality, initial set speed, full cure or retention. Temperature, humidity, technique and the exact formula need to be considered together.
This version covers conventional, moisture-curing professional extension adhesives. UV systems need a compatible light and system-specific instructions. Strip-lash and DIY cluster adhesives are different systems and should be selected using their own instructions.
Leave each unknown range blank. The tool marks missing specifications for confirmation and keeps that adhesive out of the confirmed shortlist. Enter both endpoints when a range is known. You can also leave the comparison off and create a selection profile only.
A current reading checks one point. Adding your observed minimum and maximum readings checks a wider window. An adhesive must cover both complete ranges to pass the full-day check. These are readings you supply, not a forecast of later conditions.
In practice, start at the dip and tap Contact when the extension reaches its position. Repeat three to five times and use the median. Interrupting the page discards the running trial. This measures your operation time, not adhesive set time.
Both measured conditions must fall in the supplied working ranges. If you add daily variation, both full ranges must be covered. The stated color must match your preference, or you can choose No preference. Missing parameters stay unconfirmed. Nominal set speed is shown separately because actual performance still needs a sample trial. Results stay in your input order.
No. Initial set time describes the early attachment stage. Full cure is a separate specification. Use the exact product’s instructions for both, along with storage and handling requirements.
The tool calculates in your browser and does not upload or save your input. Copy, Save TXT, comparison CSV and Print / PDF are optional. Reopening the page starts a fresh brief.
